Project Planning & Milestones: We break down each project into clear stages or milestones. First, we conduct a detailed discovery phase and craft a thorough project plan. This way, everyone knows exactly what to do and how to do it, and we can avoid confusion or cancellations along the way.
Payments & Completed Work: We link payments to each completed milestone. Once we finish a milestone and deliver the related work, we do not offer refunds for that phase.
Mutual Termination: If we both agree to end a project, you keep all the work we have completed up to that point. However, we cannot refund payments for completed work, and you will not owe payments for any work not yet started.
Design & Development Phases: After you approve the design mockups and we shift into the development stage, all payments made up to that point become non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for projects already underway or if we are partway through a milestone.
Special Offers & Promotions: We cannot cancel or refund services purchased under special offers or promotions, as these are provided for a limited time only.
SEO & Digital Marketing Packages: Payments for SEO or digital marketing services are non-refundable. However, you can cancel ongoing packages by giving us written notice (clearly stating the reasons for cancellation) 30 days in advance.
Dormant or Abandoned Projects: If a project’s status remains inactive or abandoned for 30 days or more, we cannot refund deposits or previous payments.
