The CStore Master workflow sounds complex yet simple to understand. It’s nothing but the action and operation between two highly influential and adopted tech stacks, Magneto and AMR API Integration.
When you create a product in the system, it will send the request to the Geek+ SKU for confirmation. Once the product has been created in the AMR API, it reverts to the Magento system with a product creation confirmation!
When a new order arrives from Magento, the system checks for existing customer information (billing and shipping) in Geek+. If the customer is new, AMR technology will automatically create a new customer profile with the details provided by Magento. If the customer already exists in Geek+, their information is passed on for order processing.
Through the AMR API integration, Magento orders are seamlessly processed and fulfilled, leveraging the wealth of pre-existing product and customer data to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Orders can only be canceled before processing begins in AMR. To cancel an unprocessed order, you can initiate the cancellation from Magento, which will automatically synchronize with AMR technology to update inventory levels on both platforms. Once an order enters processing within AMR API integration, cancellations are impossible through Magento.
The last step includes shipping and doorstep delivery.
All these things happen simultaneously between the Magento system and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR). The entire process surges around them. While one handles the outside processes and actions, the advanced autonomous mobile robots inside take care of the abovementioned operation.

The Order Processing API provides an efficient and reliable system for managing clients’ orders. However, each system and workflow is different and demands a unique set of operational structures. The CStore Master is no different. However, its system and shopping operation varies from different store.
Hence, we opt for Geek+ AMR API integration. We want to build a robust API that streamlines the entire process without inefficiency. Geek+ is the perfect fit due to its ecstatic compatibility. However, we did encounter a few obstacles during the development and API integration.
Some of the biggest and most complex challenges we encounter are:
The common phenomenon here is that sending a request to AMR API must result in a successful response. But during the initial trial, every time we sent a purchase order request, AMR claimed they had yet to receive it. In response, we had to manually fetch the request to Geek+ for all the APIs. However, after a few observations and trials, we successfully rectified that the purchase order failed to sync correctly with Geek+. We resolved the issue immediately, enabling AMR Solutions to receive the purchase order request quickly and respond with a relevant response.
Another significant challenge we encounter is product capacity or load balancing. We wonder how much the AMR technology can handle.
In contrast, we have a question: “If our order has 30 products, will Geek+ fulfill it in one shipment, even though they only have 25 readily available products?”
The answer and the functionality of Geek+ in this scenario will give you a glimpse of its depth as advanced software.
The Geek+ will imply a Split or Partial Shipment condition in such an event.
AMR Solutions will likely ship the 25 readily available products and place the remaining 5 on backorder. You will receive the 25 products in one shipment, but depending on Geek+’s restocking procedures, the remaining 5 might arrive later.
We ran tests on the Order Cancellation Policy to ensure every section ran smoothly. We check how efficiently Geek+ handles the order cancellation. We found that:
Processing Status: Cancelling an order during processing will not incur any problems.
Shipped Status: If the order has already been shipped, we must contact Geek+ customer service to cancel it and ensure they subtract the inventory from their system.
